قاضية تأمر ترمب بالإدلاء بشهادته في دعوى التشهير ضد «بي بي سي»

أمرت قاضية فيدرالية دونالد ترمب بالإدلاء بشهادته في دعوى التشهير ضد هيئة الإذاعة البريطانية في موعد أقصاه 11 ديسمبر.
جاء الأمر القضائي بعد شكوى محامو الهيئة من تأخير ترمب لشهادته بسبب مشاركته في أنشطة سياسية.
يواجه ترمب عقوبات قد تصل لإسقاط دعواه التي طالب فيها بتعويضات قدرها 10 مليارات دولار في حال عدم الالتزام بالموعد.
تضمنت الدعوى اتهامات للهيئة بممارسات تجارية مضللة وغير عادلة على خلفية فيلم وثائقي حول ترمب.

أصدرت قاضية فيدرالية، اليوم الخميس، أمراً للرئيس الأميركي دونالد ترمب بالإدلاء بشهادته في 11 ديسمبر في دعوى التشهير.
