قاضية تلزم ترامب الإدلاء بإفادته في دعوى بي بي سي بحلول 11 كانون الأول

أمرت قاضية أمريكية دونالد ترامب بالإدلاء بشهادته تحت القسم في دعوى التشهير ضد شبكة بي بي سي بحلول 11 كانون الأول.
طالب ترامب بتعويضات مالية قدرها 10 مليارات دولار بسبب اتهامه للشبكة بالتلاعب المضلل في فيلم وثائقي.
رفض ترامب تقديم شهادته في مواعيد سابقة مما دفع القاضية لإصدار القرار بعد شكاوى من الشبكة البريطانية.
أفاد محامو ترامب بأن أمور ذات أهمية وطنية حالت دون إدلاء بشهادته، مؤكدين قدرته على ذلك في يناير.
