قاض أمريكي يحدد جلسة للنظر في دعوى أستاذ قانون ضد جامعة كنتاكي بشأن إسرائيل

أمر قاضي اتحادي بعقد جلسة استماع للنظر في دعوى أستاذ قانون ضد جامعة كنتاكي بشأن انتقاداته لإسرائيل.
رفض القاضي طلباً للحصول على أمر مؤقت يمنع الجامعة من التحقيق في تصريحات الأستاذ.
أكد القاضي أن القضية تنطوي على جوانب قانونية غير محسومة رغم عدم إمكانية استمرار التحقيقات للأبد.
أكدت الجامعة أنها تتوقع اختتام التحقيق مع الأستاذ قريباً وهي راضية عن رفض القاضي للأمر التقييدي.

واشنطن: رفض قاض اتحادي أمس الثلاثاء طلبا قدمه أستاذ قانون بجامعة كنتاكي للحصول على أمر مؤقت يمنع ‌الجامعة من التحقيق في انتقاداته العلنية لإسرائيل. لكن القاضي الاتحادي بنيامين بيتون أمر بعقد جلسة استماع في وقت لاحق من هذا الشهر للنظر في طلب أستاذ القانون استصدار أمر قضائي ضد الجامعة، مشيرا إلى أن القضية تنطوي على […]
