قاض فيدرالي يأمر إدارة ترامب بعدم استبعاد 20 ألف ورقة اقتراع في كاليفورنيا

أمر قاضي فيدرالي إدارة ترامب بعدم استبعاد 20 ألف ورقة اقتراع في ولاية كاليفورنيا.
اعتبر القاضي أن مطالب الإدارة تنتهك دستور الولايات المتحدة وتعد تعديا على صلاحيات الولايات والكونغرس.
جاء القرار في وقت متأخر جدا قبل الانتخابات مباشرة، حيث أكدت السلطات أن القائمة المذكورة مليئة بالأخطاء.
يعد هذا القرار ضربة لمساعي الإدارة لإجبار الولاية على فصل أوراق اقتراع الأشخاص المشتبه في عدم حيازتهم للجنسية.

أصدر قاض فيدرالي أمرا لإدارة الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترامب بالتوقف عن مطالبة ولاية كاليفورنيا باستبعاد ما يصل إلى 20 ألف ورقة اقتراع محل نزاع، بسبب عدم التصريح بامتلاكهم الجنسية.
