قانون البناء يلزم بتأمين المبانى فى حالات محددة.. تعرف على الشروط والتعويضات

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

يوجب قانون البناء تقديم وثيقة تأمين قبل إصدار تراخيص البناء أو البدء في التنفيذ للمباني التي تزيد قيمتها عن مليون جنيه أو تتكون من أربعة طوابق فأكثر.
تغطي وثيقة التأمين المسؤولية المدنية للمهندس والمقاول عن الأضرار التي تلحق بالغير نتيجة انهيار المباني أو المنشآت أثناء التنفيذ أو خلال فترة الضمان.
يحدد القانون الحد الأقصى لتعويضات المؤمن عن الحادث الواحد بمبلغ مليوني جنيه، وألا تتعدى مسؤولية المؤمن تجاه الشخص الواحد مبلغ مائة ألف جنيه.
يجب على المالك إيقاف الأعمال فوراً في حال رفع الغطاء التأميني لأي سبب، ولا يجوز رفع الغطاء بعد إصدار شهادة صلاحية المبنى.

يحظر قانون البناء رقم 119 لسنة 2008، إصدار ترخيص البناء أو البدء في التنفيذ للأعمال التي تبلغ قيمتها مليون جنيه فأكثر أو المبنى المكون من أربعة طوابق فأكثر…
