قانون التصالح في مخالفات البناء.. الشروط والحالات المحظورة ورسوم التصالح وموعد انتهاء التقديم

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

  • يمتدت مهلة تقديم طلبات التصالح في مخالفات البناء حتى 5 مايو 2027 بموجب قرار حكومي.
  • يحدد القانون حالات محددة للتصالح مثل تغيير الاستخدام والتعديات على حقوق الارتفاق والبناء على أراضي الدولة.
  • يُحظر التصالح في المخالفات المخلة بالسلامة الإنشائية أو البناء على أراضي الآثار والمجاري المائية.
  • تتراوح رسوم التصالح بين 50 و2500 جنيه للمتر المسطح مع إمكانية التخفيض عند السداد الفوري.

يحدد قانون التصالح في بعض مخالفات البناء وتقنين أوضاعها رقم 187 لسنة 2023، القواعد والإجراءات المنظمة لتقنين أوضاع العقارات المخالفة، والحالات التي يجوز التصالح عليها
