قانون الضمان الاجتماعى يحدد من لهم حق صرف الدعم النقدى تكافل وشروط استمراره

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

حدد قانون الضمان الاجتماعي رقم 12 لسنة 2025 الفئات المستحقة للدعم النقدي المشروط تكافل.
يشمل الدعم الأسر المعالة، وأسر نزلاء مراكز الإصلاح، وأسر المجند، والأسر المهجورة، والأسر الفقيرة.
يشترط لاستمرار الدعم التزام الأسر ببرامج الصحة الأولية للأمهات والأطفال وتطعيماتهم المقررة.
يجب على الأبناء في سن الدراسة الالتزام بنسب حضور محددة والنجاح في المراحل التعليمية المختلفة.

حدد قانون الضمان الاجتماعي رقم رقم 12 لسنة 2025 الفئات التي لها حق في صرف الدعم النقدى المشروط ( تكافل) وشروطا لاستمرار حصول الأسرة المستفيدة على هذا الدعم النقدى
