قانون المحال العامة يضع 9 خطوط حمراء أمام أصحاب المقاهي والمطاعم

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

  • حدد قانون المحال العامة تسع حالات تمنح الجهات المختصة سلطة الغلق الإداري للمنشآت التجارية والخدمية.
  • تشمل المخالفات التشغيل بدون ترخيص، أو مخالفة اشتراطات السلامة، أو التعدي على الأرصفة والطرق العامة.
  • يُغلق المحل أيضاً في حالات الإخلال بالنظام العام، أو ممارسة القمار، أو إزعاج السكان، أو عدم تركيب كاميرات المراقبة.
  • يطبق القانون على المنشآت التجارية والحرفية والترفيهية، مع استثناء المنشآت السياحية والفندقية والصناعية من نطاقه.

حدد قانون المحال العامة 9 حالات يجوز فيها إصدار قرار بالغلق الإداري للمحال بمختلف أنشطتها، سواء المقاهي أو المطاعم أو المعارض أو المحال التجارية وغيرها من المنشآت
