قانون تنظيم الاتصالات يلزم الشركات بتوفير الإمكانيات الفنية وضبط استخدام التشفير

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

  • يلزم قانون تنظيم الاتصالات مشغلي ومقدمي الخدمات بالحصول على موافقة الجهات المختصة قبل استخدام أجهزة تشفير خدمات الاتصالات.
  • يجب على المشغلين توفير المعدات والنظم والبرامج اللازمة لتشغيل الشبكات المرخص لها بالتزامن مع تقديم الخدمة.
  • يفرض القانون على مقدمي الخدمات الحصول على بيانات دقيقة عن المستخدمين مع الالتزام باحترام حرمة الحياة الخاصة.
  • يُعاقب المخالفون لأحكام تشفير الخدمات بالحبس وغرامة مالية تتراوح بين 10 آلاف جنيه و100 ألف جنيه.
