قانون CLARITY للعملات المشفرة أمام اختبار حاسم في مجلس الشيوخ غدا

كشف الجمهوريون في مجلس الشيوخ الأميركي عن نسخة معدلة من قانون كلاريتي أكت (CLARITY Act) لتنظيم العملات المشفرة، في محاولة أخيرة لكسب أصوات الديمقراطيين قبل التصويت الإجرائي الحاسم المقرر يوم غد الثلاثاء.

ويتألف النص الجديد من 635 صفحة، وقالت السيناتور سينثيا لوميس إنه يتضمن 126 تعديلاً بناءً على مطالب الديمقراطيين بعد عام من المفاوضات بين الحزبين، إلى جانب قواعد جديدة لأخلاقيات التعامل بالأصول المشفرة وافق عليها الرئيس دونالد ترامب.

وبعد هذا التعديل، ارتفعت احتمالات تمرير القانون إلى 44% من 14% قبل صدور التعديل وهو ما دعم ارتفاعات العملات المشفرة اليوم الاثنين.

وارتفع سعر بيتكوين خلال الـ24 ساعة الماضية بنسبة 1.2% عند مستوى 77.6 ألف دولار، فيما ارتفعت إيثريوم بنحو 1% عند مستوى 2500 دولار، وفق بيانات موقع “كوين ماركت كاب”.
