قبل انتهاء المهلة.. كيف تستفيد من إعفاءات قانون الضريبة العقارية الجديد؟

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

  • أقر القانون رقم 3 لسنة 2026 تيسيرات ضريبية تشمل إسقاط دين الضريبة ومقابل التأخير كليًا أو جزئيًا في حالات محددة.
  • يشمل الإسقاط حالات وفاة المكلف دون تركة، أو عدم وجود أموال للتنفيذ عليها، أو إفلاسه، أو مغادرته البلاد لسنوات.
  • يمنح القانون إعفاءات من مقابل التأخير للمكلفين الذين سددوا كامل الضرائب المستحقة قبل أو خلال ستة أشهر من تاريخ العمل بالقانون.
  • يستفيد أصحاب العقارات غير المحصورة أو المسجلة من إعفاءات عن الفترات السابقة بشرط تقديم الإقرار خلال سنة من تاريخ العمل بالقانون.

أقر القانون رقم 3 لسنة 2026، بتعديل بعض أحكام قانون الضريبة على العقارات المبنية الصادر بالقانون رقم 196 لسنة 2008، حزمة من التيسيرات الضريبية
