قبل مناقشته، كل ما تريد معرفته عن مشروع قانون دعم الأسرة المصرية

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

  • يتضمن مشروع قانون إنشاء وتنظيم الصندوق التكافلي لدعم الأسرة المصرية أحكاماً لتنظيم آليات الصرف وتحديد المبالغ للمستحقين.
  • يخصص مشروع القانون دعماً لفاقدي العائل الذين لا يملكون مصدر دخل ثابت يلبي احتياجاتهم الإنسانية الأساسية.
  • يحدد مشروع القانون سقفاً للمبالغ المخصصة للمحكوم لهم بواقع 5 آلاف جنيه شهرياً للنفقات والأجور.
  • يحدد مشروع القانون حداً أقصى للمصروفات الدراسية يبلغ 30 ألف جنيه عن العام الدراسي الواحد لكل محكوم عليه.

تضمن مشروع القانون المقدم من الحكومة بإصدار قانون إنشاء وتنظيم الصندوق التكافلي لدعم الأسرة المصرية، إلي مجلس النواب والذى الذى سبق وأحاله رئيس المجلس إلى لجنة مشتركة تضم لجنة الشئون الدستورية
