قرار قضائي جديد في دعوى أصحاب المعاشات للمطالبة بإقرار المنحة الاستثنائية

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

  • أجلت محكمة القضاء الإداري دعوى أصحاب المعاشات للمطالبة بإقرار المنحة الاستثنائية إلى جلسة 22 فبراير 2027.
  • تأجيل الجلسة يأتي للاطلاع على تقرير مفوضي الدولة في الدعوى رقم 69235 لسنة 79 قضائية.
  • طالب أصحاب المعاشات بإقرار المنحة التي أعلنت عنها الحكومة في مارس 2025 ضمن برامج الحماية الاجتماعية.
  • تضمنت الدعوى استحقاقات الحماية الاجتماعية لأسرة وشهداء ومصابي الثورة وغيرها من برامج الدعم النقدي.

قررت محكمة القضاء الإداري بمجلس الدولة ، تأجيل الدعوى المقامة من عبد الغفار مغاورى المحامي ، وكيلا عن احمد العرابي رئيس الاتحاد العام لنقابات أصحاب المعاشات، والتى طالب فيها بإقرار المنحة الاستثنائية لأصحاب المعاشات التي اعلنت عنها الحكومة باجتماعها  في مارس 2025 ضمن برامج الحماية الإجتماعية ، لجلسة 22 فبراير المقبل 2027 ، للإطلاع علي تقرير مفوضي الدولة لدى محكمة القضاء الإداري .
