قضية سارة خليفة تعود للمحكمة.. تفاصيل محاكمة متهمين بغسل الأموال اليوم

تنظر محكمة جنايات الاقتصادية بالقاهرة اليوم جلسة محاكمة المتهم فتحي الأبيض وزوجته ووالده بتهمة غسل الأموال.
تعد القضية المعروفة إعلاميا بقضية المخدرات الكبرى قد صدر فيها حكم بالإعدام في سابقة سارة خليفة وآخرين.
كشفت التحقيقات عن ضبط أكثر من 750 كيلوجراما من المواد المخدرة والمواد الأولية والمعدات المستخدمة في التصنيع.
استند أمر الإحالة إلى أقوال 20 شاهدا وتقارير فنية وأدلة رقمية مع التحفظ على أموال المتهمين وأرصدتهم البنكية.

تنظر محكمة جنايات الاقتصادية بالقاهرة، اليوم السبت، بجلسة محاكمة المتهم فتحي الأبيض وزوجته ووالده بتهمة غسل الأموال، بعد صدور حكم بإعدامه في القضية المعروفة إعلاميًا بقضية المخدرات الكبرى بصحبة سارة خليفة وآخرين. وكشفت أوراق القضية، أن البداية كانت بتحريات أمنية رصدت نشاط تشكيل إجرامي يُشتبه في تخصصه بجلب المواد الخام المستخدمة في تصنيع المواد المخدرة.
