قومي المرأة ينظم ورشة العمل الثالثة لتعزيز المساواة بين الجنسين في قطاع النقل

نظم المجلس القومي للمرأة بالتعاون مع وزارة النقل والوكالة الفرنسية للتنمية ورشة عمل حول المساواة بين الجنسين في وسائل النقل.
استهدفت الورشة العاملين بوزارة النقل والهيئات التابعة لها لتعزيز تكافؤ الفرص وتوفير بيئة عمل آمنة وشاملة.
ركزت الورشة على مراعاة احتياجات النساء والفتيات عند تخطيط وتطوير مشروعات النقل الحضري.
استمرت فعاليات الورشة على مدار ثلاثة أيام وتضمنت جلسات حول القيادة الشاملة، والتحديات، ومهارات التواصل الفعال.

في إطار جهوده لتعزيز المساواة بين الجنسين ودعم مشاركة المرأة في مختلف القطاعات، نظم المجلس القومي للمرأة، بالتعاون مع وزارة النقل والوكالة الفرنسية للتنمية
