“قو للاتصالات” توصي بتوزيع 11.9 مليون ريال أرباحاً عن العام المالي الماضي

“قو للاتصالات” توصي بتوزيع 11.9 مليون ريال أرباحاً عن العام المالي الماضي

أوصى مجلس إدارة شركة اتحاد قو للاتصالات (قو) بتاريخ 22 يونيو الحالي للجمعية العامة بتوزيع أرباح نقدية بقيمة 11.9 مليون ريال على المساهمين عن السنة المالية المنتهية في31 مارس 2026.

أوضحت الشركة في بيان على “تداول السعودية” اليوم الثلاثاء أن عدد الأسهم المستحقة للأرباح يبلغ نحو 34 مليون سهم تقريباً، وتبلغ حصة السهم من التوزيع 0.35 ريال، بما يعادل نسبة 3.5% من القيمة الاسمية.

أشارت إلى أن أحقية التوزيعات النقدية ستكون للمساهمين المالكين للأسهم يوم الاستحقاق والمقيدين في سجل مساهمي الشركة لدى شركة مركز إيداع الأوراق المالية (مركز الإيداع) نهاية ثاني يوم تداول يلي يوم انعقاد الجمعية العامة للشركة، والتي سيعلن عنها لاحقاً.

وارتفع صافي ربح شركة اتحاد قو للاتصالات في السنة المالية 2025- 2026 المنتهية في 31 مارس الماضي بنسبة 17.73% إلى 259 مليون ريال، مقابل 220 مليون ريال في العام المالي الأسبق.
