تعكس مشاركة الرئيس السيسي في قمة موسكو الروسية الأفريقية الثالثة الثقل الاستراتيجي والدور الريادي لمصر في قيادة الجهود القارية.
وضعت كلمة الرئيس السيسي أطرا عملية للانتقال بالشراكة بين روسيا وأفريقيا إلى مرحلة المشروعات التنموية الملموسة.
تضمنت كلمة الرئيس السيسي محاور خمسة لنهوض الاقتصادات الأفريقية تشمل الممرات اللوجستية، التجارة البينية، الطاقة، الذكاء الاصطناعي، والأمن المائي والغذائي.
أكدت تصريحات الرئيس السيسي على ضرورة التمثيل الأفريقي العادل في المؤسسات الدولية ورفض فرض وجود عسكري على سواحل البحر الأحمر.
