كم تبلغ تعويضات المرض والحمل والولادة؟ قانون التأمينات يحدد حقوق المؤمن عليهم

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

يحدد قانون التأمينات رقم 148 لسنة 2019 نسب تعويض الأجر للمرضى ومدة صرفها ورعاية الحوامل.
يستحق المؤمن عليه تعويضاً بنسبة 75% من أجره خلال أول 90 يوماً من المرض، وترتفع إلى 85% بعد ذلك.
يستحق المصابون بأمراض مزمنة تعويضاً يعادل أجر الاشتراك طوال فترة مرضهم حتى الشفاء أو استقرار الحالة أو العجز.
تحصل المرأة العاملة على تعويض بنسبة 75% من أجرها خلال إجازة الحمل والولادة بشرط ألا يقل اشتراكها عن 10 أشهر.

ما حقوق المؤمن عليه عند الإصابة بمرض يمنعه من أداء عمله؟ وكم تبلغ قيمة تعويض الأجر خلال فترة المرض؟ وهل تحصل المرأة العاملة على تعويض خلال إجازة الحمل والولادة؟
