كواليس أزمة شركة الكرة في الزمالك.. خلافات بسبب نسبة المستثمرين

يشهد مجلس إدارة نادي الزمالك انقساما حول ملف تأسيس وتفعيل شركة كرة القدم بسبب اختلاف وجهات النظر حول نسب ملكية المستثمرين.
تسببت رغبة المستثمرين في الاستحواذ على الحصة الأكبر من الأسهم في تعثر المفاوضات وعدم التوصل لاتفاق نهائي حتى الآن.
تخشى إدارة النادي من منح المستثمرين سيطرة كاملة على القرارات مما قد يقلص دور النادي في إدارة شؤونه الكروية.
طُرح مقترح لتكوين قائمة مساهمين تضم أعضاء مجلس الإدارة ورجال أعمال من النادي لتحقيق التوازن في نسب الملكية.

كشف الإعلامي خالد الغندور عن وجود حالة من الجدل والانقسام داخل مجلس إدارة نادي الزمالك، بسبب ملف تأسيس وتفعيل شركة كرة القدم، في ظل اختلاف وجهات النظر بشأن نسب ملكية الشركة والحصة التي يمكن منحها للمستثمرين الراغبين في الدخول بالمشروع. وأوضح الغندور، خلال برنامجه «ستاد المحور»، أن أزمة شركة الكرة تتمثل بشكل أساسي في تحديد.
