كوريا الجنوبية تسجل فائضاً في حساب السياحة للشهر الثالث على التوالي

سجلت كوريا الجنوبية فائضا في حساب السياحة للشهر الثالث على التوالي في مايو مدفوعة بارتفاع أعداد السياح الأجانب.

وحقق حساب السياحة للبلاد فائضا قدره 220.5 مليون دولار في مايو مقارنة بعجز قدره 820.2 مليون دولار في نفس الشهر من العام الماضي وفقا للبيانات الصادرة عن منظمة السياحة الكورية اليوم الأحد.

وبهذا سجلت كوريا فائضا للشهر الثالث على التوالي منذ مارس الماضي عندما سجل الحساب فائضا قدره 263.8 مليون دولار، منهيا بذلك سلسلة من العجز استمرت 72 شهرا منذ مارس عام 2020، وفق وكالة “يونهاب”.

ووصل إجمالي دخل السياحة 2.58 مليار دولار في مايو، ليتجاوز الإنفاق على السياحة البالغ 2.36 مليار دولار.

وبلغ متوسط الإنفاق لكل سائح أجنبي 1,324 دولارا في كوريا الجنوبية بينما وصل متوسط الإنفاق لكل مسافر كوري 1,007 دولارات في الخارج.

وأظهرت بيانات حكومية منفصلة أن 1.95 مليون سائح أجنبي زاروا كوريا الجنوبية في مايو بزيادة بنسبتها 19.4% عن العام السابق، في حين انخفض عدد الكوريين المسافرين إلى الخارج بنسبة 2.1% إلى 2.34 مليون كوري خلال نفس الفترة.

ويعود ارتفاع عدد السياح الأجانب بشكل حاد في الأشهر الأخيرة إلى الشعبية المتزايدة لموجة الثقافة الكورية “هاليو” وضعف الوون الكوري، وفق تصريحات الأستاذ في قسم السياحة بجامعة هانيانغ بسيول كيم نام-جو.

كما أشار نام-جو إلى أن أسعار تذاكر الطيران المرتفعة الناجمة عن الصراع في الشرق الأوسط أدت إلى تراجع رحلات الكوريين إلى الخارج.
