كيف يفرق القانون بين العجز الكلى والجزئي والمستديم في إصابات العمل؟

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

  • يحدد قانون التأمينات الاجتماعية والمعاشات رقم 148 لسنة 2019 الفروقات القانونية بين حالات العجز الكلي والجزئي والمستديم.
  • يُعرف العجز الكلي المستديم بأنه العجز الذي يمنع المؤمن عليه من مزاولة مهنته الأصلية أو أي نشاط تكسب منه.
  • يُعرف العجز الجزئي المستديم بأنه كل عجز بخلاف حالات العجز الكلى ويمنع المؤمن عليه من عمله الأصلي.
  • يفرق القانون بين إصابة العمل الناتجة عن مهنة أو حادث أثناء العمل، وبين المريض المصاب بمرض أو حادث غير إصابة عمل.

تناول قانون التأمينات الاجتماعية والمعاشات رقم 148 لسنة 2019، تعريفات توضح وصف حالات العجز المختلفة والفرق بين العجز الكلى والعجز الجزئى، والعجز المستديم، وإصابات العمل والمرض.
