كيف يمكنك الانتفاع بالخدمات الممنوحة لأصحاب المعاشات؟.. التفاصيل

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

يخصص قانون التأمينات الاجتماعية والمعاشات خدمات وتيسيرات متنوعة لأصحاب المعاشات لضمان رعايتهم الاجتماعية وتوفير حياة كريمة لهم.
تشمل الخدمات المقدمة تخفيضات في تذاكر المواصلات العامة والسكك الحديدية ودور السينما والمسارح والمتاحف والنوادي.
يتضمن القانون تقديم خدمة توصيل المعاشات للمنازل للمرضى والعاجزين وكبار السن من أصحاب المعاشات والمستحقين عنهم.
يمنح القانون أولوية في التسهيلات البنكية وتخفيضات في نفقات الإقامة في دور العلاج والرحلات السياحية داخل وخارج الجمهورية.

خصص قانون التأمينات الاجتماعية والمعاشات، الصادر بالقانون رقم 148 لسنة 2019، باب خاص بالرعاية الاجتماعية لأصحاب المعاشات، يشمل تقديم عدد من الخدمات لأصحاب المعاشات لرعايتهم اجتماعيا.
