لانا نسيبة تحصد 7 أصوات تشجيع و6 معارضة في أول مشاركة لها بانتخابات أمين عام الأمم المتحدة

حصلت لانا نسيبة على 7 أصوات تشجيع و6 معارضة في أول مشاركة لها بانتخابات أمين عام الأمم المتحدة.
جاءت نسيبة في المركز الرابع بين المرشحين في جولة أُجريت دون استخدام الأوراق الملونة.
حافظت المرشحة ريبيكا غرينسبان على موقعها المتقدم بحصولها على 11 صوتاً مؤيداً مقابل 4 معارضة.
أكدت رئيسة مجلس الأمن التزام الأعضاء بحسم عملية اختيار الأمين العام قبل نهاية العام.
