للمرة الأولى… فيروس صممه الذكاء الاصطناعي يستخدم في علاج مريض بشري

استخدمت شركة أمريكية فيروسات صممها الذكاء الاصطناعي لعلاج مريض يعاني من عدوى بكتيرية خطيرة ومقاومة للمضادات الحيوية.
استخدمت الشركة نموذج أومني لتصميم فيروسات العاثيات التي تستهدف البكتيريا وتدمرها دون مهاجمة الخلايا البشرية.
تسمح هذه التقنية بتصميم فيروسات مخصصة للقضاء على السلالات البكتيرية في أيام قليلة بدلاً من البحث عن فيروسات طبيعية.
حذر علماء من مخاطر السلامة والأمن البيولوجي مع تنامي قدرات الذكاء الاصطناعي على تصميم جينومات فيروسية.

في خطوة علمية غير مسبوقة، أعلنت شركة أمريكية ناشئة استخدام فيروسات صممها الذكاء الاصطناعي لعلاج مريض يعاني عدوى بكتيرية خطيرة ومقاومة للمضادات الحيوية، في تجربة لا تزال نتائجها بحاجة إلى تحقق علمي مستقل.
