ماذا تستطيع فرنسا أن تُقدّم لدول الخليج العربي؟

تفتقر فرنسا حاليا للفاعلية في تفعيل اتفاقياتها العسكرية والاقتصادية مع دول الخليج العربي.
تعاني أوروبا من التردد في حماية الملاحة الدولية في مضيقي هرمز وباب المندب.
يجب على فرنسا وأوروبا التخلي عن التردد والتحول إلى شركاء استراتيجيين فاعلين بدلا من مجرد أصدقاء في أوقات الرفاهية.
تفتقر الحكومات الأوروبية حاليا لرجال دولة حقيقيين بسبب سيطرة الشعبوية والتردد في مواجهة الأزمات الدولية.
