تقدمت مجموعة لوفتهانزا بعرض استحواذ على حصة تصل إلى 49.9% من شركة تاب إير برتغال بقيمة 1.2 مليار يورو.
تستهدف الصفقة تعزيز مكانة لوفتهانزا في سوق جنوب الأطلسي والاستفادة من شبكة وجهات شركة تاب في أمريكا اللاتينية.
قد تتأخر جني الإيرادات الإضافية المتوقعة حتى عام 2030 بسبب إجراءات هيئات المنافسة وتأخر إدماج شركات أخرى في المجموعة.
تتضمن الصفقة التزامات من لوفتهانزا بتوسيع أسطول طائرات الشركة البرتغالية واستثمار 500 مليون يورو في البرتغال.

تتوقع “لوفتهانزا” وفورات سنوية بنحو 450 مليون يورو من شراء حتى 49,9 بالمئة من “تاب إير برتغال” مقابل 1,2 مليار يورو، لكن استمرار سيطرة البرتغال وطول المراجعات التنظيمية وبطء صفقة “إيتا إيروايز” قد يؤخر المكاسب لسنوات.
