مالك الصك السيادي يسترد قيمته عند نهاية المدة ويتمتع بجميع حقوق المنتفع

يضمن قانون تنظيم الصكوك السيادية استرداد مالكي الصكوك لقيمتها كاملة عند انتهاء مدتها.
يتمتع حاملو الصكوك بحقوق المنتفع بالأصول الأساسية والحصول على أرباح دورية وفق نسب المساهمة.
تخضع عوائد الصكوك السيادية وعوائد التداول عليها للمعاملة الضريبية المقررة لسندات الخزانة العامة.
يحدد القانون ضوابط قيد وتداول الصكوك داخل مصر وخارجها بما يحمي حقوق حامليها.

كشف قانون تنظيم الصكوك السيادية عن آليات قيد وتداول هذه الصكوك، حيث تُقيد بالبورصة المصرية للأوراق المالية، ويتم قيدها أو شطبها بقرار من إدارة البورصة بناءً على طلب الجهة المصدرة.
