ما ضوابط توليد وتدوير إدارة المخلفات الصناعية وفقًا للقانون؟

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

  • يلزم القانون المناطق الصناعية والمناطق الحرة والهيئة العامة للتنمية الصناعية بوضع خطة متكاملة لإدارة المخلفات الصناعية وتحديثها دوريا.
  • يجب على مولد المخلفات الصناعية الاحتفاظ بسجل خاص يوضح تصنيفها وكمياتها وأنواعها وكيفية التعامل معها.
  • يلتزم مولد المخلفات الصناعية بفصلها تماما عن غيرها وتسليمها للأشخاص المرخص لهم بذلك.
  • تختص الهيئة العامة للتنمية الصناعية بالتنسيق مع الجهاز بالإشراف على تنظيم وتخطيط ومراقبة عمليات الإدارة المتكاملة للمخلفات الصناعية.
