ما عقوبة إدارة كيان تعليمي وهمي؟ القانون يجيب

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

يحدد قانون العقوبات عقوبة السجن لكل من يقلد أو يزور أختام أو علامات الجهات الحكومية أو المؤسسات المعتبرة قانونا.
تصل عقوبة السجن إلى سبع سنوات إذا كانت الأختام المزورة تخص مؤسسات أو شركات تساهم فيها الدولة.
يعاقب بالحبس كل من حصل بغير حق على أختام حقيقية واستعملها بشكل يضر بالمصلحة العامة أو الخاصة.
يعفى الأشخاص من عقوبة جنايات التزوير إذا أبلغوا الحكومة بها قبل تمامها وأبلغوا عن فاعليها الآخرين.
