ما هي إجراءات حصول الجمعيات الأهلية علي التبرعات؟ .. القانون يُجيب

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

  • يسمح قانون تنظيم العمل الأهلي للجمعيات الأهلية بجمع التبرعات من أشخاص طبيعية أو اعتبارية داخل الجمهورية بترخيص من الجهة الإدارية.
  • يجب على الجهات غير التابعة لمؤسسات المجتمع الأهلي إخطار الجهة الإدارية خلال ثلاثة أيام عمل من تاريخ توجيه الدعوة لجمع التبرعات.
  • يُحظر التصرف في التبرعات النقدية والعينية إلا بعد الحصول على تصريح من الجهة الإدارية وتقديم بيان بمجمل ما تم جمعه ومستندات الصرف.
  • تلتزم الجمعيات بإنفاق أموالها في الأغراض المخصصة لها مع منعها من الدخول في مضاربات مالية.

حدد قانون تنظيم العمل الأهلى رقم 149 لسنة 2019، الإجراءات التي تتبعها الجمعيات الأهلية للحصول علي تبرعات
