متحدث الوزراء: 80% من مشروعات الشراكة مع القطاع الخاص تُخصص لمحدودى الدخل

  • تخصص اتفاقيات الشراكة بين الدولة والقطاع الخاص نسبة 80% من المشروعات لمحدودي الدخل ضمن مبادرة سكن لكل المصريين.
  • تعتمد المعادلة الاستثمارية الجديدة على تخصيص 20% من المشروع للأنشطة التجارية والاستثمارية لضمان العائد للمطور العقاري.
  • تستهدف الدولة إطلاق برنامج قومي لتوفير مليون وحدة سكنية إضافية خلال السنوات الأربع المقبلة بتسهيلات سداد مناسبة.
