متى يصبح التنفس من الفم علامة مرضية خطيرة؟

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

يعد التنفس من الفم علامة قد تشير إلى مشكلات في الأنف أو مجرى الهواء أو اضطرابات التنفس أثناء النوم.
يرتبط تكرار التنفس من الفم بجفاف الفم والشخير والنعاس خلال النهار، وقد يكون سببه حساسية الأنف أو تضخم اللوزتين أو السمنة.
قد يؤدي التنفس من الفم لدى الأطفال إلى تأثيرات على نمو الوجه والفكين، ويحذر الأطباء من إغلاق الفم قسراً دون تشخيص طبي.
ينصح بمراجعة الطبيب إذا استمر التنفس من الفم لعدة أسابيع أو صاحبه شخير مرتفع أو صداع صباحي متكرر أو تعب خلال النهار.

قد يشير التنفس من الفم أثناء النوم إلى انسداد الأنف أو الحساسية أو انقطاع النفس، وتتمثل أبرز علاماته في جفاف الفم والشخير والصداع الصباحي والنعاس نهارا. ينصح الأطباء بتحديد السبب وعلاجه.
