مجدي اليماني: 250 مليون جنيه قيمة الإصدار الأول من صندوق امتلاك

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

تعتزم شركة امتلاك للاستثمار العقاري إطلاق الإصدار الأول من صندوق امتلاك العقاري للملكية التشاركية خلال ديسمبر المقبل.
يستهدف الإصدار الأول القطاع التعليمي تحت اسم ثروة تعليم بقيمة تصل إلى 250 مليون جنيه.
تخطط الشركة لإطلاق إصدار ثانٍ في القطاع التجاري بقيمة 500 مليون جنيه والتوسع في مجال الضيافة.
أتمت الشركة إعداد 90% من نشرة الاكتتاب وتخطط لإدراج الصندوق في البورصة المصرية مستقبلاً.
