مجلة فرنسية: أهداف غير معلنة وراء الانتشار العسكري الجزائري في النيجر… ورسائل تحذير إلى أبو ظبي وحفتر

قررت الجزائر إرسال وحدات عسكرية إلى النيجر في خطوة غير مسبوقة منذ عام 1973 تحت غطاء حماية المصالح الطاقوية والاقتصادية المشتركة.
يأتي هذا القرار بعد موافقة برلمانية وتوقيع اتفاق تعاون عسكري مع النيجر لمواجهة تدهور الوضع الأمني في منطقة الساحل.
يرتبط الانتشار العسكري الجزائري برسائل سياسية وعسكرية موجهة إلى الإمارات العربية المتحدة والجنرال الليبي خليفة حفتر.
يعكس التحرك الجزائري تحولاً في العقيدة الدفاعية للبلاد من الدفاع عن الحدود إلى التحرك الميداني لمواجهة التهديدات الإقليمية.

باريس- “القدس العربي”: قالت مجلة “ماريان” الفرنسية إن الجزائر قررت، بعد سنوات من التردد والتحفظ، إرسال وحدات من جيشها إلى منطقة الساحل، في خطوة غير مسبوقة منذ عام 1973، تمثل تحولاً لافتاً في عقيدتها الدفاعية القائمة تقليدياً على رفض التدخل العسكري خارج الحدود. وأوضحت المجلة أن الرئيس الجزائري عبد المجيد تبون قرر يوم 26 أكتوبر، […]
