مجلس العلاقات الأمريكية الإسلامية يعلّق أنشطته في فلوريدا

أعلن مجلس العلاقات الأمريكية الإسلامية تعليق أنشطته في ولاية فلوريدا بعد تصنيف المنظمة كمنظمة إرهابية داخلية.
رفضت محكمة إقليمية طلب المجلس لإلغاء قرار تصنيفها كمنظمة إرهابية مما أدى لتنفيذ القرار.
أكدت المنظمة أن قرار سلطات الولاية مخالف للدستور ويستهدف تقييد حقوقها وحقوق المجتمع الذي تخدمه.
أعلنت المنظمة استئناف قرار المحكمة لمواجهة ما وصفته بفرض سلطات واسعة على المسؤولين في الولاية.

فلوريدا: أعلن مجلس العلاقات الأمريكية الإسلامية (كير)، إحدى أبرز المنظمات الجامعة للمسلمين في الولايات المتحدة، الجمعة، تعليق أنشطته في ولاية فلوريدا، عقب تصنيف إدارة الولاية المنظمة على أنها “منظمة إرهابية داخلية”. وذكرت وسائل إعلام محلية أن محكمة إقليمية رفضت طلبًا تقدم به المجلس لإلغاء قرار تصنيفه “منظمة إرهابية داخلية”. وعقب قرار المحكمة، دخل قرار سلطات […]
