مجلس النواب الأمريكي يقر مساعدات جديدة لأوكرانيا وعقوبات على روسيا رغم معارضة ترامب

أقر مجلس النواب الأمريكي مشروع قانون يتضمن مساعدات جديدة لأوكرانيا وعقوبات إضافية على روسيا، في خطوة عكست انضمام عدد من الجمهوريين إلى الديمقراطيين لتجاوز موقف قيادة الحزب الجمهوري والرئيس دونالد ترامب. ويمنح المشروع أكثر من مليار دولار كمساعدات مباشرة لكييف إضافة إلى قروض قد تصل قيمتها إلى ثمانية مليارات دولار، لكنه ما زال يحتاج إلى موافقة مجلس الشيوخ قبل أن يصبح نافذا.
