مجلس الوزراء السوداني يجيز قانون نظام الحكم الإقليمي لدارفور

الخرطوم 10 يونيو 2026 – أجاز مجلس الوزراء السوداني، الأربعاء، قانون نظام الحكم الإقليمي لدارفور، في خطوة تعد من أبرز استحقاقات اتفاق جوبا للسلام الموقع عام 2020 بين الحكومة الانتقالية وعدد من الحركات المسلحة. وكانت الحكومة الانتقالية التي تشكلت عقب الإطاحة بنظام الرئيس المعزول عمر البشير قد أدرجت مشروع قانون إقليم دارفور ضمن بنود اتفاق جوبا للسلام، إلا أن الانقلاب العسكري الذي وقع في أكتوبر 2021 أدى إلى تعطيل استكمال الإجراءات التشريعية الخاصة بإجازته. ورغم عدم إجازة القانون خلال السنوات الماضية شكلت سلطة تنفيذية للإقليم برئاسة حاكم إقليم دارفور مني أركو مناوي الذي تولى مهامه بموجب الترتيبات المنصوص عليها في اتفاق السلام. وقال مجلس الوزراء في بيان إن “المجلس أجاز في اجتماعه الدوري ظهر اليوم بالخرطوم برئاسة رئيس الوزراء بروفيسور كامل إدريس مشروع قانون نظام الحكم الإقليمي لدارفور للعام 2026 قدمه وزير العدل عبد الله محمد درف”. وأشار رئيس الوزراء إلى ضرورة تزكية روح الوحدة الوطنية والاندماج المجتمعي بين كافة مكونات أبناء الشعب السوداني والأقاليم السودانية، مؤكداً أن إقليم دارفور يمثل جزءاً عزيزاً من هذا الوطن وأن الإرادة الوطنية جميعها تصطف لاستعادته من خلال دعم القوات المسلحة والشعب السوداني في حربه ضد “مليشيا الدعم المتمردة الإرهابية”. ومن جهته أثنى حاكم إقليم دارفور مني أركو مناوي على مجلس الوزراء لإجازته قانون …
