مجلس الوزراء الكويتي يوافق على مشروع مرسوم بقانون بشأن التمويل العقاري

وافق مجلس الوزراء الكويتي على مشروع مرسوم بقانون بشأن التمويل العقاري لمستحقي الرعاية السكنية، في خطوة تستهدف دعم قدرة الدولة على استدامة توفير السكن للمواطنين، وتوسيع الأدوات المتاحة لمعالجة القضية الإسكانية.

وأشار مجلس الوزراء إلى أن الإطار التشريعي الخاص بتأسيس شركات إنشاء مدن أو مناطق سكنية وتنميتها اقتصادياً يمثل إحدى الركائز لمعالجة المشكلة الإسكانية.

وأوضح المجلس أن التوجه نحو تشريع جديد للتمويل العقاري يأتي في إطار تعزيز هذا المسار، وتوفير بديل إضافي لمعالجة القضية الإسكانية من منظور اقتصادي، بما يدعم تحقيق الاستدامة المطلوبة في توفير الرعاية السكنية.

ورفع مجلس الوزراء مشروع المرسوم بقانون إلى أمير الكويت الشيخ مشعل الأحمد الجابر الصباح.
