مجلس الوزراء يجيز خطة تأهيل الطرق ويتابع تنفيذ برنامج «موية ونور لكل السودانيين»

الخرطوم 1 سبتمبر 2026- أجاز مجلس الوزراء الخطة التنفيذية للمشروع القومي العاجل لصيانة وتأهيل الطرق في السودان، واطمأن على سير تنفيذ برنامج «موية ونور لكل السودانيين»، خلال اجتماعه الدوري الذي عقد، الثلاثاء، بالخرطوم برئاسة رئيس الوزراء كامل إدريس. وكان مجلس الوزراء أعلن في 13 أغسطس الماضي إطلاق برنامج «نور وماء لكل السودان»، باعتباره مشروعاً قومياً يستهدف التوسع في استخدام الطاقة الشمسية كمصدر للكهرباء وتحسين إمدادات المياه في مختلف مناطق البلاد، على أن يتم تنفيذه خلال فترة زمنية تمتد إلى 12 شهراً. وقال إعلام مجلس الوزراء، في بيان صحفي، إن الاجتماع استمع في مستهله إلى إفادة من وزير الطاقة المعتصم إبراهيم حول سير تنفيذ مشروع «موية ونور لكل السودانيين»، والخطوات العملية التي تمت بشأن إعفاء منظومات الطاقة الشمسية للمواطنين للأغراض الشخصية. وتناولت الإفادة كذلك الترتيبات الجارية لعقد المؤتمر الدولي المزمع انعقاده أواخر الشهر الجاري حول فرص الاستثمار في مجال الطاقة الشمسية. وقال وكيل وزارة الثقافة والإعلام والسياحة، جراهام عبد القادر، في تصريح صحفي، إن مجلس الوزراء أكد أهمية مشروع الطاقة الشمسية ودوره في حياة المواطنين ودعم القطاعات الإنتاجية، لا سيما الزراعة والصناعة. وأضاف أن المجلس اطمأن على جهود هيئة الجمارك والهيئة السودانية للمواصفات والمقاييس في ضبط وتسهيل إجراءات استيراد منظومات الطاقة الشمسية من الخارج. ووجّه المجلس وزارة المالية والهيئة السودانية للمواصفات …
