محافظ الوادي الجديد: اعتماد تحديث الحيز العمراني لمدينة الخارجة بزيادة تُقدر بنحو 35.3%

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

اعتمدت محافظة الوادي الجديد تحديث الحيز العمراني لمدينة الخارجة لعام 2025 بزيادة قدرها 35.3%.
تضمنت الإضافة مساحة عمرانية جديدة تبلغ 3,371 فداناً لترتفع المساحة الإجمالية إلى 12,930 فداناً.
يوفر المخطط الجديد مساحة للخدمات الإقليمية تستوعب نحو 110,946 نسمة حتى عام 2035.
يهدف التحديث إلى تنظيم اتجاهات النمو العمراني وتحقيق الاستخدام الأمثل للأراضي وحماية الرقعة الزراعية.
