محافظ كفرالشيخ يسلم 50 عقد تقنين للمستفيدين من أراضي الدولة

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

  • سلم محافظ كفرالشيخ 50 عقد تقنين لأراضي أملاك الدولة للمواطنين واضعي اليد.
  • جاءت العقود بعد فحص الملفات واستيفاء الإجراءات القانونية والفنية وفقا لأحكام القانون رقم 168 لسنة 2025.
  • تهدف هذه الخطوة إلى تسريع وتيرة تقنين أوضاع المواطنين وتيسير إجراءات السداد.
  • وجه المحافظ الوحدات المحلية بمواصلة استكمال ملفات التقنين وتذليل المعوقات أمام المواطنين.

سلّم المهندس إبراهيم مكي، محافظ كفرالشيخ، 50 عقد تقنين لأراضي أملاك الدولة للمواطنين واضعي اليد، عقب الانتهاء من فحص الملفات واستيفاء الإجراءات القانونية والفنية المقررة، وفقًا لأحكام القانون رقم 168 لسنة 2025، وذلك بحضور اللواء عبد الله الديب، السكرتير العام للمحافظة، واللواء أحمد حبيب، السكرتير العام المساعد، وبدر حلمي زيدان، مدير عام الشئون القانونية، وأحمد.
