محكمة دولية تحدد موعد النظر في شكوى الأرجنتين ضد بريطانيا بشأن جزر مالفيناس

حددت المحكمة الدولية لقانون البحار يومي 10 و11 نوفمبر 2026 موعدا لجلسات الاستماع في قضية استخراج الهيدروكربونات بين الأرجنتين وبريطانيا.
طلبت الأرجنتين من المحكمة اتخاذ تدابير مؤقتة لمنع بريطانيا من استخراج الهيدروكربونات في الجرف القاري لحوض شمال مالفينس.
تطمح شركات نفطية لبدء الحفر في حقل نفطي كبير مطلع عام 2027 والإنتاج التجاري بحلول 2028.
أعلنت الأرجنتين فرض عقوبات على 60 شخصا وكيانا اعتباريا ضالعين في استخراج الهيدروكربونات قرب الجزر المتنازع عليها.

أعلنت المحكمة الدولية لقانون البحار أنها ستنظر يومي 10 و11 نوفمبر في الشكوى التي قدمتها الأرجنتين ضد بريطانيا لمنع التنقيب عن النفط قرب جزر مالفيناس (فوكلاند) المتنازع عليها.
