محكمة هامبورغ تستمع لشهادة خبير متفجرات وغواص متخصص في إبطال مفعول القنابل في قضية “التيار الشمالي”

ستستمع محكمة هامبورغ الإقليمية العليا لشهادة خبير متفجرات وضابط غواص متخصص في إبطال مفعول القنابل في قضية خط أنابيب التيار الشمالي.
تُعقد جلسات الاستماع لشهادة الخبير في التاسع من نوفمبر، بينما يستدعى ضابط الجيش الألماني في العاشر من نوفمبر.
يواجه المتهم كوزنيتسوف اتهامات بالتواطؤ في جريمة حرب وتدمير منشآت، وقد يواجه عقوبة تصل إلى 15 عاما في السجن.
أُلقي القبض على المتهم في إيطاليا عام 2025 وتم تسليمه لألمانيا بتهمة التخطيط لتفجير خطوط أنابيب نورد ستريم 1 ونورد ستريم 2.

أفادت الخدمة الصحفية للمحكمة، بأن محكمة هامبورغ الإقليمية العليا ستستمع لشهادة خبير متفجرات من معهد العلوم الجنائية في فيسبادن، وضابط من الجيش الألماني (البوندسفير) يعمل غواصًا متخصصًا في إبطال مفعول القنابل، وذلك خلال جلسات استماع تُعقد يومي 9 و10 نوفمبر/تشرين الثاني في قضية خط أنابيب غاز “التيار الشمالي”.
