محلل: هزيمة الجمهوريين قد تدفع ترامب إلى تفكيك الناتو والاتحاد الأوروبي

قد يتبنى ترامب سياسات عدائية تجاه حلف الناتو والاتحاد الأوروبي بعد خسارة الحزب الجمهوري في الانتخابات النصفية.
قد يستخدم ترامب الأوامر التنفيذية لتجاوز الكونغرس وتنفيذ أجندته السياسية رغم محدودية وسائل منع القرارات الرئاسية.
يفتقر الأوروبيون إلى استراتيجية مشتركة وقدرات اقتصادية وعسكرية تمكنهم من الحلول محل الولايات المتحدة.
تواجه أوروبا عقبات تتمثل في عدم توحيد الأسلحة، وتضارب الأولويات الوطنية، والمقاومة الشعبية لزيادة الإنفاق العسكري.

صرح باولو رافوني، المحلل الاستراتيجي ومدير مؤسسة “سي آي بي آي” (CIPI) في بروكسل، لوكالة “سبوتنيك”، بأن الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترامب قد يتبنى سياسات أكثر عدائية تجاه حلف الناتو والاتحاد الأوروبي في أعقاب خسارة الحزب الجمهوري في انتخابات التجديد النصفي.
