  • أكد النائب محمد أبو العينين أن تعديل قانون صندوق تكريم شهداء ومصابي العمليات الحربية والإرهابية يمثل خطوة هامة لرد الجميل لأبطال الوطن.
  • تهدف التعديلات التشريعية إلى توسيع مظلة الحماية والرعاية للأبطال وأسرهم وضمان حصولهم على المزايا والضمانات المقررة.
  • يعالج مشروع القانون إشكالية التعويضات للمصابين بالعجز الجزئي لضمان حقوقهم دون التقيد بمدد زمنية محددة.
  • دعا النائب إلى مراجعة دورية للتعويضات المالية وتوسيع المزايا التعليمية لأبناء الشهداء والمصابين في مختلف المراحل الدراسية.
