حمدي أحمد _ قال المهندس محمد البستاني رئيس مجلس إدارة مجموعة البستاني للاستثمار العقاري والسياحي، ورئيس جمعية المطورين العقاريين، إن تشكيل لجنة لتفقـد المشاريع العقارية المختلفة الجارية في مختلف المحافظات، خطوة مهمة جدًّا لإعادة الانضباط إلى السوق العقارية، والأهم أنها تضع عنصر التنفيذ في صدارة الأولويات، وليس مجرد البيع أو طرح المشروعات.
