مخالفات بالجملة في المحليات، 46 واقعة أمام النيابة بعد حملات تفتيش بـ14 محافظة

أحالت وزارة التنمية المحلية 46 واقعة إلى النيابات المختصة والشئون القانونية بعد تنفيذ 35 حملة تفتيشية في 14 محافظة.
شملت الحملات فحص 29 شكوى للمواطنين تتعلق بالتعديات على أملاك الدولة، ومخالفات البناء، والإشغالات، والمخالفات البيئية والإدارية.
وجهت الوزيرة القيادات التنفيذية بتكثيف التواجد الميداني لرصد مخالفات البناء في مراحلها الأولى والتصدي الفوري للإشغالات في الشوارع.

تلقت الدكتورة منال عوض ، وزيرة التنمية المحلية والبيئة، تقريرًا بشأن جهود قطاع تقويم الأداء والمتابعة والتفتيش بالوزارة خلال شهر أكتوبر 2026 ، والذي كشف عن تنفيذ 35 حملة تفتيشية في 14 محافظة، وفحص 29 شكوى للمواطنين، وإحالة 46 واقعة إلى النيابات المختصة والشئون القانونية. وأوضح التقرير، الذي عرضه المهندس
