مدن القابضة الإماراتية تحصل على تمويل مشترك بقيمة 13.7 مليار درهم

أغلقت مجموعة مدن القابضة الإماراتية صفقة تمويل مشترك بقيمة 13.7 مليار درهم كأكبر صفقة تمويل في تاريخها.
تستخدم المجموعة التمويل لسداد تسهيلات قائمة وتمويل استكمال محفظة مشروعاتها التطويرية.
تتضمن التسهيلات قرضاً لأجل خمس سنوات وتسهيلات ائتمانية متجددة، وتتميز بأنها غير مضمونة وذات أولوية في السداد.
تساهم الصفقة في رفع متوسط أجل استحقاق ديون الشركة وتعزيز السيولة المتاحة لها.

سي إن بي سي_ أغلقت مجموعة «مدن القابضة» الإماراتية صفقة تمويل مشترك بقيمة 13.7 مليار درهم، ما يعادل نحو 3.7 مليار دولار، بهدف سداد تسهيلات قائمة وتمويل استكمال محفظة مشروعاتها التطويرية، في أكبر صفقة تمويل في تاريخ الشركة.
