قررت الدائرة الثانية إرهاب بمجمع محاكم بدر تأجيل محاكمة 57 متهما في قضية إعادة هيكل اللجان النوعية للإخوان.
تأجلت الجلسة إلى 16 ديسمبر المقبل لتقديم مرافعة الدفاع في القضية رقم 4743 لسنة 2024 جنايات الشروق.
كشفت التحقيقات قيام المتهمين بالانضمام لجماعة إرهابية تهدف لتعطيل أحكام الدستور والقوانين ونشر أخبار كاذبة لزعزعة الثقة في الدولة.

قررت الدائرة الثانية إرهاب، المنعقدة بمجمع محاكم بدر، برئاسة المستشار وجدى عبد المنعم، مساء اليوم، تأجيل محاكمة 57 متهما
