مركب طبيعي في البصل والحمضيات يحد من حركة خلايا سرطان الرئة في تجارب معملية

أظهرت دراسة ألمانية أن مركب الكيرسيتين الموجود في البصل والحمضيات يبطئ انقسام خلايا سرطان الرئة ويحد من قدرتها على الهجرة.
أظهرت النتائج المعملية أن زيادة جرعة الكيرسيتين قللت من حركة الخلايا السرطانية وخفضت مستويات بروتينات مرتبطة بنمو الأورام.
رصد الباحثون تغيرات في المؤشرات المناعية لدى الفئران وتغيرات في تركيب الميكروبيوم المعوي عند تناولها لمركب الكيرسيتين.
لا تثبت هذه النتائج التجريبية أن تناول الأطعمة المحتوية على الكيرسيتين يحقق التأثير العلاجي نفسه لدى البشر.

بحث ألماني يرصد تأثير الكيرسيتين الموجود في البصل والحمضيات على انقسام خلايا سرطان الرئة وهجرتها، ويكشف نتائج تجريبية تحتاج إلى مزيد من الدراسات.
